The beauty of screen printing is that if something is flat you can print on it, including wood, metal, fabric, plastic and paper! It is a versatile medium used to quickly and cheaply make multiples of your artwork. Screen printing is fast-paced, fun, and can be either precise or experimental, depending on your goals as a maker. This class walks students through the creation of a two-color print from start to finish. Learn to coat and process screens and print posters. Students will walk away with several two-color posters, a solid understanding of the screen printing process, and a yearning to print a million things!
